11-20-23 Madison City Agenda

The Madison City Commission will hold a first reading for the proposed 2024 sidewalk improvement project, during their regular meeting tonight. The project includes sidewalk installation on 12 lots along North West 3rd street, from Hyland Avenue to Union Avenue, as well as 16 lots on 4th street from Highland to Union. The owners of the properties would be required to install sidewalks by July 21st, of 2024. 

Commissioners will also award bids to Hydro-Klean, LLC for sanitary sewer construction, and approve repairs to the Automated Weather Observing System at the Madison Airport. There will also be discussion and possible action to set fees for the use of the City Armory. 

These items and more makeup tonight’s Madison City Commission meeting, that begins at 5:30 in the Commission room at Madison City Hall.
