SDSU 4-H Names new Program Assistant for Moody County

Whitney Sams has been hired as the new Moody County 4-H Program Assistant.

In conjunction with SDSU Extension 4-H, Sams will oversee 4-H programs and activities for youth in Moody County to provide positive youth development opportunities. Her office is in Flandreau. 

 4-H is America’s largest youth development organization, with nearly 6 million members nationwide. In South Dakota, it teaches life skills through hands-on programs in agriculture, science, health and leadership.
