Madison Schools Back to Normal Operations After Robo Spam Call
Update 10:28pm- Madison Central School Superintendent Joel Jorgenson says a message sent to the School District today was a computer generated robocall, that has been sent to other schools through out the state and country over the past weeks.
The voicemail referenced a judge and two individuals in Utah. It went on to say that the school may be a target.Â
As soon as the District received the message, it was forwarded on to law enforcement. At least one other school in South Dakota received the message.Â
While an investigation into the message was underway, the District had additional police officers located in all Madison schools.
Jorgenson said that all schools in the district have resumed normal operations.
