Vote today in Madison Mayoral & Madison Central School Board election; Polls open at downtown City Armory

Registered voters in the City of Madison and Madison Central School District are encouraged to go to the polls today and vote in the combined city and school board election.

Polls are open today from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the downtown Madison City Armory.

City of Madison voters will select from two candidates for the next Mayor of Madison.  Former mayor Roy Lindsay and incumbent Mayor Marshall Dennert are on the ballot, with the winner going on to serve a three-year term.

Voters in the Madison Central School District will elect three school board members in today’s election.  There are five candidates on the ballot, including incumbents Keith Bundy and Tom Farrell and challengers Lynsee Planting, Jordan Schuh, and Kirsti Meyer.  The top three vote-getters in the school board election will also serve three-year terms on the Madison Central School Board.
