Madison City Commission holding weekly meeting

The Madison City Commission holds its weekly meeting today.  On the agenda for commissioners is a public hearing on the city’s 2018 sidewalk improvement and repair project assessment rolls, and resolutions adopting those assessment rolls.  

Commissioners will also authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement with the US Army Corp of Engineers for Section 22 Planning Assistance for a floodplain alternative study.  They will also authorize the Mayor to sign an application for the state Department of Environment and Natural Resources for the state water plan. The commission is also scheduled to consider a service order for Banner Associates for sanitary and storm sewer improvements.  Commissioners will also consider an extension request for sidewalk improvements for a property owner.

The Madison City Commission meets today at 5:30 in the commission room in Madison City Hall.
