5-7-24 County Agenda

Lake County Commissioners will meet Tuesday morning for their regular meeting. The commission will hear a second reading of an ordinance to establish a speed zone on part of County Highway 33. That speed zone would be for 455th Ave, directly south of the intersection between Washington Ave. and Highway 34. 

There will be a public auction for surplus property acquired by Tax Deed. That auction for Lot 3, Lot 4, Lot 5, and Lot 6 in Block 7 of Milwaukee Lane Company’s 1st Addition to Ramona, will be held at 9:30am. 

At 10, the commission will meet as a Board of Adjustment to hear a Conditional Use And Variance Request. They will then also meet as the Planning Commission to consider new Plats in Peterson’s Second Addition and Schultz’s Second Addition. 

These and other items make up the Lake County Commission meeting that begins Tuesday at 9am in the Commission Room of the Lake County Courthouse.
