The Madison Central School District reported two additional positive COVID-19 cases within the district Monday.  The positive cases are students or staff members in Madison Elementary and Madison High School.  Superintendent Joel Jorgenson said that there were no close contacts for the school with either of the positive cases. 

The Madison Central School District has had a total of 62 positive COVID-19 cases overall since the first case was identified in September.

As of Monday, Dakota State University in Madison reported seven active COVID-19 cases.  The cases include one employee and six students.
