Madison Central School Board approves personnel action
The Madison Central School Board approved several personnel items during its meeting on Monday.
Resignations approved by the board include the district’s Director of Technology Steve Millage, effective February 28th, and Larry French, a Special Education bus driver, effective February 20th.
One new hire approved by the board Monday is Jon Forster to now serve as the district’s Director of Technology. Forster currently works as Technology Coordinator for the district. His hiring was approved with a salary to fill out the remainder of the position’s contract, or just more than 20-thousand dollars through the end of the school year.
The board also approved the hiring of Tara Liesinger as a High School Special Education teacher. Liesinger will replace Lora Milne, who is taking early retirement at the end of this school year. Also hired is Stacy Thomson as a Speech Language Pathologist to replace Julia Schlesser, who has resigned as of the end of the school year, and also Audriana Haverland as a weekend custodian.
