The Madison Central School District has reported it’s fourth positive COVID-19 case, this time in a staff member in the district’s Elementary School.  Superintendent Joel Jorgenson said Monday that because the staff member had been out of the school buildings for many days prior to having any symptoms, there was no contact with students.  Jorgenson said that means it will not involve any student close contact tracing.  He said that even though there was not any student close contact tracing in this case, the district will continue to inform parents and guardians of any positive COVID-19 cases in students or staff members in the school district. Â
