Lead and Copper Survey

The City of Madison is asking its citizens to complete a Lead line survey. The city is required to have an inventory on all water lines. The city is asking to fill out information such as your name, address, phone number, the build date of your home, and a picture of the first 18 inch water line that comes into your home
