Gov Noem to sign Quantum Center Bill

Tomorrow, Governor Kristi Noem will sign SB 45 into law. 

This bill makes an appropriation for the establishment of a Center for Quantum Information Science and Technology. South Dakota is a leader in emerging technology, and this center will combine numerous fields to make tremendous advancements in cybersecurity, agriculture, healthcare, and more.
