DSU hosting first-ever Lemonade Camp this week

Dakota State University’s Paulson Cyber Incubator and Entrepreneurial Center is holding its first-ever Lemonade Camp this week in Madison.

The camp will introduce more than 40 area nine, ten, and eleven-year-olds to useful concepts in business, technology, and science.  Dakota State students from the technology outreach group CybHER will assist with the instruction of the camp.

The camp is sponsored by SBS Cybersecurity, and several other Madison businesses are mentoring these efforts by hosting a lemonade stand at their business location on the last day of camp.  Students will be operating their lemonade stands this Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at ten locations around the city of Madison.

The lemonade stands will be located at Sparkle & Sass; Beauty Bar; Six 21; Small Town Girlz; First Premier Bank; Prostrollo (at the DSU Foundation building); Taste & See; The Floral Shop; Lake Area Improvement Corporation; and Dakota Cinema (at One Stop).
