Bear Heels Sentence

A Sioux Falls man will serve time in the State Penitentiary, after being sentenced on drug charges Tuesday in Lake County. 37-year old Nathan Bear Heels had previously received a Suspended Execution of Sentence for a charge of Unauthorized Ingestion of a Controlled Substance. 

On Tuesday, Bear Heels admitted to violating the terms of the Suspended Sentence by using methamphetamine. Circuit Judge Pat Pardy sentenced Bear Heels to 4 years in prison, with credit for 55 days served.
