Dakota State Softball opened up their spring schedule over the weekend, partaking in the Presentation Dome Classic. On Friday, they dropped a game to Dakota Wesleyan, 8-7, and defeated College of Saint Mary 2-1. In the game versus DWU, the Trojans could not hold a 7-5 lead in the last inning. In their win over CSM, Madison Aldendifer and Sarah Torres each had an RBI with Madison Biller picking up the win in the circle. 

Saturday saw DSU fall to Morningside and Jamestown, 13-0 and 14-2 respectively, in five inning affairs. Aldendifer and Rosie Philop picked up RBIs in the game versus Jamestown. DSU Softball will return to action in early March, at the Friends (Kansas) Invite.
