The Madison City Commission is holding its regular weekly meeting Monday.

Commissioners are scheduled to discuss a proposal for design services for the city’s new water building, and sign an agreement with Exceleron Software for MyUsage Prepaid Software Access.  The commission will also sign a proposal with Geotek Engineering and Testing Services for Geotechnical Exploration and Street and Utility improvements on Northwest 9th Street in Madison.

Also on the agenda for city commissioners is a certificate of substantial completion for the Memorial Park playground concrete slab project, and the setting of a bid date for operational services at the Madison Recycling Center.  The commission will also consider waiving restricted use site fees for the Woodbury Trailer Court, consider repair work at Selmer Hagen’s service line in right-of-way, and selling city property north of the horseshoe pit at Westside Park.

An executive session for personnel and to consult with legal counsel regarding proposed or pending litigation or contractual matters is scheduled for the end of Monday’s commission meeting.

The Madison City Commission meeting starts at 5:30 Monday in the city commission room in City Hall and through the use of Zoom.
