Trojan XC Captures Titles

DSU Men Captured the NSAA Crown for a second year in a row – finishing with a team total of 29,  Viterbo was second with a 53 and Dickinson State was third at 82.

Braden Curnow and Max Cruse finished one and two in the race, with Curnow setting the pace at a time of 25 minutes 18.8 seconds. Alex Derr was fifth, Taylor Gipson 10th and Tyler Kennedy 11th. Dakota State had 7 runners in the top 15

The Women tied for first with Dickinson State with 41 team points, Dickinson State had won the previous four titles outright. Viterbo placed third with 80 points.

Ashley Robinson was runner-up with a time of 20 minutes 12.4 seconds. Jacia Christenson finished 4th, Jada Anderson 8th, Christanna Green 12th and Andrea Bryant 14th.

The National Meet will be held two Friday’s from now on the 22nd in Vancouver, Washington. Should be a great showing for Dakota State, after a fantastic performance yesterday.
