Trojan Men’s Basketball Welcomes Six New Recruits
Darren Tighe, the Dakota State University Trojan men’s basketball head coach, has announced his first wave of 2024-25 recruits.
The list includes Charlie Theis, a 6’5″ forward from East Ridge, Minnesota, who was ranked as the #28 basketball recruit in the state.
Also coming to DSU will be Tyler Beckwith, a 6’5″ guard from Farmington, Minnesota, and Lukas Morgan, a 6’7” forward from Brandon Valley High School.
Another South Dakota recruit is Lane Tietz, a 6’1” guard from Groton.
Rounding out the class is Nolan Segner, a 6’7″ forward from Eastview, Minnesota, and Rysley Borman, a 6’2” guard from Pipestone. Borman’s high school coach is Michael Slaba, who was a former player at Mayville State when Tighe coached the Comets.
