A pair of Dakota State Football players have received weekly awards from the NSAA as well as the NAIA for their efforts this past weekend. Noah Guse was named the Defensive-Player-Of-The-Week for the conference and the NAIA after a pair of interceptions returned for touchdowns versus Presentation College. Meanwhile, Caleb Nielsen was named the Special Teams-Player-Of-The-Week, he was six for six on PAT’s and also averaged 44.7 yards on nine punts. The two helped DSU to its first shutout on the gridiron since 2004.
