The Madison Girls Basketball team was outscored 21-8 in the fourth quarter last night at Beresford, on their way to a 57-45 non-conference loss to the Watchdogs. Both teams used a full court zone pressure throughout the game, it paid dividends early for the Lady Bulldogs who led 19 to 12 after one quarter. Unfortunately, they would not score in double-digits in any of the remaining three quarters.

Kendra Leighton had 13 points and 8 steasl on the evening, Grace Nelson added in nine points with five rebounds and Morgan Anderson finished with eight points and four rebounds. MHS fell to 4-5 on the season and remain winless in true road games this season. They are scheduled to be back in action Friday, in a boys/girls doubleheader versus Sioux Falls Christian at home.
