Madison Legion To Begin Season/MM Drops Home Game

Madison Legion will begin their season tonight, traveling to Dell Rapids for a 7pm first pitch. It will be a busy month of June for Madison, they have a doubleheader schedule for Saturday versus Humboldt/Hartford and then eight more games throughout the month. They will play on three of the four Wednesdays in June.
McCook/Miner and Humboldt/Hartford clashed in Legion ball on Tuesday night. The two sides combined for 28 hits in the game and 27 runs, but it was H-H who came away with the 20-7 win. Riley Genzlinger collected four hits, three RBIs and two runs for McCook/Miner, Tyce Ortman and Isaac Feldhaus each had two hits.
