Madison, Area Volleyball In Action Tonight

Madison Bulldog Volleyball hits the road this evening looking for a chance to advance to the SoDak 16. The Bulldogs, the #3 seed in Region 5A, match up versus #2 Wagner, with both teams coming in with a 21-8 record on the season. The two sides met up once earlier this year, with Madison picking up a 3-0 win.

Bulldogs head coach Jill Kratovil has one big key to the match, stopping Wagner junior Abby Brunsing.

Brunsing had 20 kills and 22 digs against the Bulldogs earlier this year, when the team meet in the “Chester Challenge”. Grace Nelson was named the MVP of that match, with 17 assists and 11 kills.

First serve between Madison and Wagner is at 7pm tonight. The winner moves on to next week’s “SoDak 16”. Coverage begins tonight at 6:45 on AM 1390, as well as the video stream at AmazingMadison.com
