Lady Bulldogs Fall Short; Lose to Beresford 45-23

The Madison Lady Bulldogs come up short in the efforts on the road against the Beresford Lady Watchdogs, 45-23.

Madison fell to 0-7 overall this year after the loss. With a 20-point deficit at the half, the comeback effort would be a daunting one. One of which they were unable to make due to a big night from Ella Merriman. She dropped 22 of the 45 points for Beresord, nearly outscoring Madison by herself.

Another tough night for Madison with the turnovers. They were unable to keep up the scoring pace they had picked up the last couple of outings.

Next Game

They’ll return to the court on Friday when they play the front end of a doubleheader against Sioux Falls Christian at home.
