DSU Women’s BB team to find out NAIA National Tournament Opening Round opponent

Dakota State University’s Women’s Basketball team is ready to find out who and where they will play next after winning the North Star Athletic Association championship last weekend, defeating Bellevue 80-to-72.

The NAIA National Tournament Opening Round pairings and locations will be announced tonight as part of the NAIA Basketball Selection Show.  The show is scheduled to start at 6:00 p.m. tonight on the PlayNAIA Facebook page. 

Dakota State will find out tonight where they will be located and the opponents in the three-team pod of the 48-team NAIA National Tournament Opening Round, which is scheduled for March 12th and 13th at eight different sites announced by the national office. 

The winner of each national tournament opening round will advance to the final site on March 18th through the 23rd at the Tyson Events Center in Sioux City, Iowa.
