Dakota State Lady T’s Volleyball squad picked up a big victory last night as they outlasted #15 Bellevue on the road three sets to two. Set scores were: 21-25, 25-19, 25-16, 13-25, 15-11. DSU, who is receiving votes in the latest NAIA Coaches Poll, was led by Hannah Jellema who finished with 20 kills, Barbara Briceno recorded another double double with 13 kills and 16 digs. Nicole Sarringar and Racel Johnson combined for 62 assists, the team had 84 defensive digs and nine blocks. 

With the victory, DSU improved to 12-7 overall on the season and 6-1 in NSAA play while putting themselves into a first-place tie with Viterbo. It is their best start since joining the North Star and will be back in action on Tuesday, the 15th, at Mount Marty College.
