Dakota State baseball head coach Derrion Hardie has announced the hiring of Quentin Evers as a new DSU assistant coach.  His primary duties will consist of working defensively with the infielders and assisting with hitting and recruiting.

Prior to coming to Dakota State University, Evers served as a head baseball coach for Renner Legion Baseball Post 307.

After a highly decorated high school playing career, Evers attended NCAA Division II University of Mary in Bismarck for three years.  He then transferred to Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa.

Evers is a native of Sioux Falls, and graduated from Briar Cliff with a degree in psychology and applied behavior analysis with a minor in criminal justice.
