Dahl and MHS shutout Sioux Valley

The Madison High School baseball team won their 6th game in a row, with an 8-0 shutout of Sioux Valley on Wednesday night. Aspen Dahl took the mound for the Bulldogs and didn’t need much run support. The senior held Sioux Valley to 1 hit over seven innings, while striking out 12. Dahl also had an RBI double and scored two runs. Trey Smith was 2-for-3 with 3 RBI.

Madison will try to keep a 6 game winning streak going this weekend. The Bulldogs host Redfield and Baltic on Saturday, at 2 and 6pm, then travel Sunday to take on Hamlin and Groton.
