Canvoa 14 & 16U teams fall to Wagner

The Canova 14 and 16U baseball teams both dropped games to Wagner on Monday. Canova 16U scored four runs in the first 2 innings before the offense dried up in 6-4 loss to Wagner. Wagner pulled away with five runs in the 4th inning. 

Weston Remmers pitched three and two-thirds innings for Canova, allowing 6 runs on 6 hits with 5 strikeouts. Korbin Shumaker had 2 hits to lead the Gang in the loss. 

The Canova 14U squad fell to Wagner 11-1. 

Both Canova teams will travel to Alexandria tonight.
