Timothy Stevens

Timothy A. Stevens 58 died October 21, 2020 at his home in Lake Preston, SD.

Funeral services are pending and will be announced at a later date.

Tim was born October 1st 1962 in Lake Preston, SD to Donald and Beverly (Haufle) Stevens. He grew up in Lake Preston and graduated from Lake Preston High School in 1981.

Tim married Julie (Colby) Johnson August 4th 1984. They had two children together.

Tim lived in Sioux Falls, SD for a majority of his adult life where he worked various jobs before moving back to Lake Preston where he worked for Redlinger Bros. Plumbing and Heating as a Journeyman Plumber.

Tim enjoyed spending time outdoors fishing, trapping and being with his dog Katie, who was just like one of his kids. He had a smile that was infectious and will be greatly missed.

Tim is survived by his children Kelly Stevens of Brookings, SD, his daughter Ashley (Jeremy) Janssen of Volga, SD and Ethan Stevens of Sioux Falls,SD. Brother Todd Stevens of Brookings, SD and sister Tammy (Wesley) Steiner of Parker, SD. Three nieces, Michelle (Shawn) Vanhove, Nichole (Zachary) Fevilien, Brooke (Connor Park) Steiner and one nephew, Kaden Stevens, along with great nieces and nephews.

Tim is preceded in death by his parents Donald and Beverly Stevens.
