Terry Nighbert

Terry D. Nighbert, age 75, of Madison, passed away Monday May 2, 2022, at the Good Samaritan Society in Howard. Memorial visitation will be 10-11:30 AM, Saturday, May 7, 2022, at the Ellsworth Funeral Home in Madison. Inurnment with Military Honors will follow at Graceland Cemetery.

Terry Nighbert was born on April 16, 1947, in Madison, to Roy and Guylene (Olson) Nighbert. He attended Madison schools, served in the U.S. Army, and was employed by Keever Roofing and Rosebud Manufacturing for many years. Terry was also a member of the Madison VFW.

He is survived by his brothers, Richard (Linda), and Dale; his sisters, Kristie Barry, Marilyn Tyler, Ellen (Dave) Konken, and Susan; one brother-in-law, Scott Nold; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Dean and John; one sister, Deb Nold; and special friend, Connie Barry.
