Seven Bulldogs Place at Dak XII Conference Tournament

In the Dak XII Conference Wrestling Tournament over the weekend, the Madison Bulldogs had seven wrestlers who placed in the Top Five. Of the seven to place in the top five, three finished in the Top Three.

The highest finisher for Madison was Caleb Hodges (132lb), placing second after he won his first two matches by fall before losing the first place match to Maddix Slykhuis of Tea Area by decision.

Wyatt Pickard (106lb) and Tayt Gran (285lb) both finished in third after winning their third place matches. Pickard won his match by major decision and Gran won by fall.

Carter Downs (113lb), Carson Wolf (126lb), Blake Johnson (138lb), and Layne Hess (160lb) all placed fourth at the tournament after losing their third place matches.
