Madison Maroon Won Two Games in Losers Bracket on Thursday

Madison Maroon won two games in the losers bracket  in the 2021 SDVFW 14U Class A Region 2.

Madison beat Redfield 10-5. Cohen Hahn had two hits and two RBIs, and Cale Johnson collected three hits and drove in a run. Hahn crossed the plate three times and stole four bags. Shane Veenhof pitched two and one-thirds innings of relief, not allowing a hit and striking out five.

In game two, Brody Dossett, Ryland Johnson, and Myles Schneider each drove in two runs in the 9-4 win. Schneider and William Seeley each drew two walks. Shane Veenhof pitched five and a third innings, striking out four.

Madison plays W-I-N today at 4:00 p.m.
