Madison Girls Basketball's Great Shooting Night Leads to Win to Start Season

The Madison girls basketball outscored Dell Rapids 17-7 in the final quarter and the Lady Bulldogs got a win to start the 2021-22 season. Audrey Nelson and Zoey Gerry combined for 39 points in the 50-40 victory. Gerry, Abby Morse, and Kaitlin Sewell each grabbed six rebounds. The team made 17 shots on 35 attempts, while the Lady Q’s shot 15 of 52. The Lady Bulldogs host Elk Point/Jefferson Saturday at 3:30 p.m., with the boys game at 5:00 p.m.
