Lady JV Bulldogs Finish in First at Jesse James Meet

The JV Madison Girls Cross Country team ran well on Tuesday in the Jesse James Cross Country Meet, as they finished first in the 4k race.

Madison had two girls finish in the top five, and four total in the top ten at the Jesse James Meet, with Lou Schladweiler finishing first overall and Lani Misar in fourth place.

Other top ten finishers for the Bulldogs were Kyra Wiese in seventh and Kylee Oines in ninth. Emmy Havlick was not far behind, finishing in 11th. Emily Lanners was the final Bulldog to finish Top 20.

Maggie Engebretson (24), Renee Haas (27), and Addy Meyer (28) rounded out the Top 30 for Madison.

The Bulldog’s next race will be this Saturday, September 10th in the Milbank Grandstay Invitational.
