The Madison City Commission holds its first weekly meeting of the new year Monday.  Commissioners are scheduled to acknowledge the drainage analysis on 9th Street from Park Creek to Highland Avenue, and hold second reading on ordinances establishing the city’s Business Improvement District and the city’s water rates and charges for this year.  

Commissioners will also establish the 2021 election date and invite the Madison Central School District to participate in a joint election in April, along with other annual business items.

An executive session for personnel is scheduled for the end of Monday’s meeting. 

The Madison City Commission meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. in the commission room in Madison City Hall and also through the use of Zoom.
