The Dakota State Women’s Basketball team jumped out to a 15-0 advantage over Waldorf on Saturday, on their way to a blowout 110-45 in NSAA play. Contributions were from all 10 players who played in the game, as the Lady T’s shot 58 percent from the floor and dominated every statistical category. Jessi Giles finished with 28 points and crossed over the 1,000 point career mark in the fourth quarter. The point total is the highest on the season and fourth most in program history. Lexi Robson and Morgan Huber each had 14 points, Ashlyn Macdonald had 13 and Elsie Aslesen finished with 7 points and 13 rebounds.

Dakota State Women picked up their fourth straight victory and improved to 2-0 in NSAA play and 8-3 overall. They will be back in action on Friday, traveling to take on Northwestern (Minnesota).
