DSU Baseball Takes Two Wins From Randall

Dakota State baseball stopped a four-game losing streak by sweeping two games against Randall.

Tied at two going into extra innings, Kameron Bryant scored on a wild pitch, Jace Pribyl and Jackson O’Neal each had a hit and combined for three RBIs in the eighth as the Trojans got back to their winning ways, taking game one 6-2. Grant Svikulis moved to 3-0 on the year, pitching seven innings, allowing two hits and two runs, while striking out seven.

In game two, Mason Macaluso hit two doubles, smacked a two-run home run, and drove in five in a 9-3 win. Walker Hultgren also homered in the win. Cameron Pitts earned his first win on the year, allowing only one earned run over four innings, striking out two.

DSU baseball has a four-game trip this weekend in Dallas, TX, playing two with Dallas Christian College, one against Blackburn College, and one against Capital.
