Dakota State Indoor Track and Field had their second meet of the season this past Saturday, partaking at the Dakota Wesleyan Invite. 11 different Men posted personal bests and three titles were captured. Braden Curnow won the 1-mile run with a personal best time of 4 minutes 23.47 seconds, Treshawn Roberts won the High Jump with a clearance of 6 feet 3.25 inches and Josh Snook was first in the 200 meter dash (22.19 seconds). Snook’s time was an automatic qualifier to the National Meet.

Jada Anderson took home the title in the 1-mile, for the Women, with a time of five minutes 42.49 seconds. Traia Hubbard 48 foot 11.5 inch Weight Throw was good for fourth place and is the third farthest throw in DSU Women’s Track & Field history. 

Meanwhile, Snook was named as the Men’s NSAA Track-Athlete-Of-The-Week and Hubbard the Women’s NSAA Field-Athlete-Of-The-Week for their performances. Trojan Track returns to action this weekend at the two-day USD Invite.
