Dakota State Softball Wins Two Against Presentation Saturday, Will Play Two More Today

The DSU softball team swept Presentation College on Saturday.

Tied at one in the sixth, Angela Slattery drove in the go-ahead and insurance run, and the Trojans held on for a 3-1 game one win. She had two of the six total hits and also pitched five innings, earning the win while striking out four on the bump. Slattery also picked up the win in game two in a relief appearance. Lia Chan had four RBIs in the 14-8 victory. Xotchil Lopez had a game-high four hits in the win.

The doubleheader scheduled for yesterday was postponed. The make-up games between the Trojans and the Saints will be played today, starting at 1:00pm.
