The Dakota State Baseball team saw their season come to a close with a six and nine record back in March. Having just returned from a spring break trip to Arizona, they were informed that the NAIA had cancelled the rest of spring sports. The short season was highlighted by the school’s first no-hitter in over a decade and two pitchers being awarded NSAA Pitcher-of-the-week honors. There were three seniors on the squad this spring and all three will be exercising their rights to be granted another year of eligibility. Head Coach Darrion Hardie talks a little about the trio.

Much like many other Dakota State teams, whether spring or another season have had to get creative at times with how they get their workouts in and stay in shape. Coach Hardie discusses a few unique things his players have done.
