Conner Tordsen Finishes Successful Career at Dakota State

Dakota State’s Conner Tordsen has enough reasons to be happy about not just this past season, but his athletic career as a whole. Tordsen has left his mark on the DSU program with plenty of accolades and records.

Tordsen was on DSU’s football team as well as both the indoor and outdoor track and field teams. On the football field, he earned NSAA All-Conference Second team honors two times. He was also named NSAA All-Conference for Indoor Track and Field three times.

It was his performance in the spring though that has left more of an impact.

Other school records for Tordsen include the discus throw of 172’1” and the weight throw, with a throw of 59’8.5”.

At the NSAA Men’s Outdoor Track and Field meet, Tordsen was named the Field Athlete-of-the-Meet along with being named the 2022 NSAA Men’s Outdoor Track and Field MVP.

Overall, Tordsen’s career with the Trojans includes 10-time NSAA All-Conference honors, 5 NSAA Outdoor/Indoor Champions and along with a few school records.
