Youth Baseball & Softball Registration Postponed.
From Madison Area Youth Baseball:
Due to the COVD-19 Virus the Madison Community Center has decided to restrict all youth and youth groups and organizations from using the Community Center on a day by day basis until further notice, therefore we are unable to host registration this upcoming Monday and Tuesday nights (March 16th & 17th)
Complete the appropriate registration form and return it along with your payment and a copy of the player’s birth certificate when applicable to the following address:
