Racing Returns After Getting Rained out at I-90 Speedway

After last weekends races were rained out, the action will return to the track at the I-90 Speedway with the Hobby Stock King of the Hill racing tonight, and this weekend weather shouldn’t be an issue.

For tonight’s event on the track, there will be four classes of cars. Those classes being the IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Cars, Late Model Street Stocks, USRA B-Modifieds, and the USRA Hobby Stocks.

The last time there were races at the I-90 Speedway, the winners were Brant O’Banion for the Midwest Sprint Touring Series, Lee Goos Jr for the IMCA RaceSaver Sprint Cars A Feature and Koby Werkmeister in the B Feature.

Cory Yeigh won the Late Model Street Stocks. For USRA B-Modifieds, the A Feature was won by Camden Myers and the winner for the B-Feature was Clint Erickson. In the USRA Hobby Stocks, Levi Vander Weide took first place in the A Feature, while Bryant Klaassen placed first for B-Feature

Adult General Admission for tonight’s event is $15, while the Student General Admission (Ages 13-18) is $6. You can get your tickets online at i90Speedway.com

Pits will open at 4pm while the gates open at 5pm this evening. Hot lap will then begin at 6:30pm with the racing finally starting at 7pm.
