Online Youth Registration

A friendly reminder that there is online registration going on for youth summer sports. While unable to hold registration in person last week at the Madison Community Center, you can still find forms and information for Madison Youth Baseball, Interlakes Area Softball and Madison VFW Baseball.

VFW sign-up deadline is today, you can find a registration form at the Area Announcements link on the COVID-19 information page on our website.. Cost 150 dollars and the mail in link also with the registration form on our website.
