Howard Hosts De Smet To Open Playoffs

It is a whale of a match up in first round action of the 9A playoffs tonight, as Howard hosts De Smet. The two sides had played during the regular season (October 2nd) and it saw the Tigers defeat the Bulldogs 39-0. Howard is the one seed in the region and 7-0, De Smet is the four seed and 6-2. Tigers Head Coach Pat Ruml expects a totally different game this time around.

De Smet will be looking to flip the script, playing in Howard once again. Co-Head Coaches Wes Clubb and Dan Wilkinson say this time around they will be healthy.

Kickoff of the first round matchup is slated for 7pm, action can be heard on FM103.
