The Howard Tigers opened up their contest with Castlewood on Thursday night by scoring four touchdowns in the second quarter, on their way to a 56-13 win. The number one seed in 9A got contributions throughout the lineup, Riley Genzlinger found the end-zone three times and Lane Miller scored twice himself. Ty Beyer had a solid two-way game, picking up a rushing and receiving touchdown plus making 13 tackles on defense.
