Beverly Ann Scheuren

Beverly Ann Scheuren, 83, from Blue Earth, MN, passed away peacefully on April 26^th, 2023, in Ocala FL.

Beverly Ann Scheuren was born to Paul and Lucille Kraft on December 29, 1939.  She attended Good Counsel High School in Mankato, MN and graduated in 1957. She earned a certificate in Business Management at Minnesota School of Business, and later married John P. Scheuren on August 6, 1960.

Beverly is survived by her children, Paula Ryan (husband-Scott Ryan), John J. Scheuren, Anne Lynch (husband-Bill Lynch), Christopher “Pete” Scheuren and Michael J. Scheuren (wife-Dalia Scheuren). She also has twelve amazing grandchildren, as well as her two sisters Kay McDowell and Jean Anderson, who were her lifetime best friends.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Lucille Kraft and her husband, Dr. John P. Scheuren, MD.

Beverly was a homemaker for her five children in St. Petersburg most of her life, as well as becoming the President of the board for the St. Anthony’s Hospital Auxiliary.  She then worked in the office with her husband’s practice as the Office Administrator after her children left home.

She was always known for “playing It by ear” and wanted it to be known that her favorite thing to make for dinner was “reservations”.  Her hobbies were playing violin, piano, Sudoku, and Solitaire.  She also enjoyed being together with family and friends, attending Mass, and praying the Rosary with the family.

Visitation will be held at Kinzley Funeral Home in Salem, SD on Thursday May 4, 2023, from 5-7 pm with a prayer service and Rosary starting at 7pm.

Memorial Mass will be held at Church of the Epiphany in Epiphany, SD on Friday May 5, 2023, at 10:30 am.  The interment will follow at Holy Three Kings Cemetery, Epiphany, SD.
