Madison Football Advances to Class 11A Championship After Win Over Dell Rapids

Nate Ricke ran for 235 yards and a touchdown to help advance Madison to the state championship for the first time since 2017. Ricke also threw for 187 yards in the win. The Bulldogs finished the evening with 481 yards of total offense, with 294 yards on the ground. Trey Smith contributed 24 of Madison’s 38 points: 3 rushing touchdowns, three extra points, and a field goal. Madison meets Milbank at the DakotaDome Friday, November 12th at 2:00 p.m.
