Lake County is reporting another six new positive COVID-19 cases Monday, along with five recovered cases.  The county’s total number of positive cases is now 453, the number of recovered cases is 310, and there has been a total of nine virus-related deaths.  This puts the number of active COVID-19 cases in Lake County at 134 as of Monday.  

Statewide, another 529 new positive cases are being reported Monday.  There are 13-thousand-325 active COVID-19 cases, 402 people are currently hospitalized, and there was one new virus-related death, putting the total at 438.

Elsewhere in our area, McCook County reports 122 active cases Monday, Kingsbury County has 99, and Moody County has 71.  There are 54 active cases in Miner County now, and 350 in Brookings County.
