A couple of months ago, the Madison Central School District set July 26th as the date for Madison High School’s in person graduation ceremony.  Superintendent Joel Jorgenson told school board members during their meeting Monday that plans are moving forward to possibly have the graduation outside on Trojan Field, but he said that time will tell if the ceremony will be able to be held.

Board member Lori Schultz said that graduates and their families will need to be realistic about the situation.

Schultz said that the safety of the staff also has to be taken into consideration.

Jorgenson said that there are a lot of variables involved in the district’s decision.

If graduation is held for Madison High School, it will be held on Sunday, July 26th at Trojan Field starting at 2:00 p.m.Â
