City & School Election

The deadline has come and gone for filing nominating petitions for this year’s Madison City Commission and Madison Central School Board Election and there will be no election this year.

Two petitions were filed for the two seats open on the Madison City Commission.  Incumbent Kelly Dybdahl filed his petition with the City Finance Office. Also filing a petition was Sarah Cronin.  They will both serve a 3 year term.  

Madison Central Business Manager, Mitchell Brooks says both incumbent Madison School Board members filed for the Madison Central School Board.  Lori Schultz and Steve Nelson will both serve another 3 year term.  

Since both the Madison City Commission and Madison School board candidates are running unopposed, there will be no election this year.
